Graham has been working in IT and telecoms for 23 years and holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Computing.  Being a co-director of Vocale Ltd, Graham is chiefly responsible for the eLearning element of Vocale’s product offerings which includes The SIP School™ training and SSCA™ Certification program.

As co-director of Vocale Ltd, Lynda is responsible for both the Product portfolio along with corporate strategy.  She is currently working on company direction and new product development / rollout for 2009/10.

Mike’s skills in this little lot (PHP + Frameworks, CakePHP, Zend, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Javascript + Frameworks: Prototype, JQuery, Mootools, Dojo,  APIs: Google Maps, Facebook, Open Social, Google Base, Twitter, RSS, XML, CSS, Flash MX 2004, Actionscript) ensure that our eLearning delivery and management systems as well as our websites, look good and run well.

With over 10 years experience covering all parts of the ‘mix’ and holder of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma,  Clare’s role is focused on exploring new opportunities for Vocale Ltd along with raising awareness of The SIP School™ and it’s SSCA™ certification program.

Jon has a computer and technology background spanning over 25 years which has given him the expertise and skills to plan, write and deliver training courses for Vocale Ltd.

Phil holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering along with countless certifications on Nortel products, Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft OCS, Mitel 3300 ICP etc. and is a valuable member of the training delivery team.
